Psychotherapist and Yoga teacher, my passion is to promote positive mental health by integrating the mind/body connection. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Flagler College and Master's degree in Social Work from Barry University.  I have worked as a Family Therapist in Broward County Public Schools for over 25 years. In addition to my expertise in individual, family and group therapy, I have developed and implemented classroom, sport team and corporate mindfulness/yoga programs. The success of these programs have had a powerful impact on reducing stress, increasing the relaxation response and creating positive change in both the school setting and the community. As a therapist empowering, teaching and inspiring my students and families has been my life work.
